SHARED AREA 

• Outdoor terrace: big outdoor, sunny and beautiful area, with a table and chairs.
• Laundry area: washing machine area (without coins) and iron.

SERVICES

• Cleaning and maintenance of the apartment included.

• Wi-fi.

• Summer with no-charge*: At Colon's Residence we believe in long relationships. When you leave the residence in june and go home, you can leave all your stuff in your apartment until you come back in september. With no extra charge and without having to move in again.
