Extra expenses:

• Water consumption 12 €/month
• Power supply consumption (it will be calculated at the end of each month with the single power supply meter that has every apartment). 

Registration fee: 313 € in consideration for the booking management and the accepted resident’s contracting

Deposit: when you are enrolled at the residende, you will have to pay an assurance diposit of two rental months.
